Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
The short version: Block Jokers has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your progress stays on your phone. We don't sell your data. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google may use your device's advertising ID for that. You can choose personalised or non-personalised ads where the law gives you that choice, and buying Ad-Free removes the ads.
Who we are
Block Jokers is made by Stellarfiles Ventures, Malaysia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@blockjokers.com.
What stays on your phone
Your progress, settings, unlocked jokers, level stars, daily goals and local scores are saved only on your device. We never receive them. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
What other services receive
The game uses a few Google services. Each one handles data under Google's own privacy policy:
| Service | What it's for | Data it may use |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Showing ads (optional bonus ads, and ads at natural breaks) | Advertising ID, device and app information, approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with ads |
| Google Play Billing | Purchases, such as Ad-Free | Purchase details. Payments are handled entirely by Google; we never see your card details. |
| Google Play Games Services | Leaderboards and, if you choose, saving your progress to the cloud | Your Play Games player ID, profile name and avatar, scores, and saved game data |
Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Ads and your choices
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice any time from Settings.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Ad-Free removes all ads for good and keeps your free bonuses.
- Ads in the game are set to a family-friendly content rating.
When you write to us
If you email support@blockjokers.com (for help, ideas or translation reports), we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and improve the game, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.
Children
Block Jokers is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because your progress is stored only on your device, you can delete it any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game. For data held by Google (ads, purchases, Play Games), use your Google account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data; write to us and we will help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
